i run a not for profit community interest company called 'connections in clay'
The research has proven that playing with clay has a positive impact on mental health, well being and can reduce social isolation. The use of the senses can take us into a calm relaxed state free form the stressed of life.
By being a community interest company this allows us to give back to the community and work with community groups and groups in society who would benefit from working with clay.

Rebecca is studying towards her Practitioner award in clay conversations, enabling her to use clay as a form of therapy to support groups further.

If you are or know of a community group that would benefit from playing with clay please get in touch.
Equally if you know of any funding available that we could apply for to support a clay group or session please get in touch.
